This Early VERY COLLECTIBLE Savage Arms rifle features a wooden stock and
forend and Lever Slide Safety plus Round Counter on left side.
Steel butt plate and no checkering on the wood.
Wood is in excellant condition with no cracks at all.
Has round counter on left side
Bluing is at aboiut 65% all round and where gun is carried around receiver there is a
little wear on the metal.
Barrel is 25 inches lone and has original front & rear sights.. Rear sight does not
have elevator.
Serial number is 48401 which dates it as a 1904 made unit.
